Two ways to collect them
Send them to people you know. Add a volunteer's name and email to a saved waiver template and send it. They sign on a phone or computer without creating an account. If they have not signed, eScryber reminds them automatically two and five days after you send.
Share one link with everyone. A public form is a single signing link you can put on your volunteer sign-up page, in a newsletter or on a QR code at the event table. Each person who opens it signs their own copy. Public forms and bulk send are included on the Impact plan.

What you keep
For each signed form you can download the completed PDF and its audit certificate. The certificate records when the form was opened and signed and the network details of the signer, with a hash of the signed content so a later change is detectable. Store them with your volunteer records.
Whether a waiver protects your organization depends on its wording and your state's law. Have your attorney or insurer review the waiver itself. eScryber records how it was signed.
