How it works
- Start with your own agreement. Upload the PDF you already use, or a saved template.
- Place the fields. Add signature, initial and date fields for you and your client, and set the signing order.
- Send. Your client gets a signing link by email and signs in a browser without creating an account. If they have not signed, eScryber reminds them two and five days after you send.
- File it. When everyone has signed, download the completed agreement and its audit certificate.

Built for a small team
Plans include several sender seats and one monthly envelope allowance that the whole team shares, so adding a colleague does not add a seat charge. Mission includes 10 sender seats and 150 envelopes a month for $29 a month or $290 a year. When the allowance runs out, new sends wait until it resets or you change plans. There are no automatic overage charges.
What the record shows
The audit certificate lists when the agreement was sent, opened and signed, with the signer's network details and a hash of the signed content. It gives you and your client a shared account of how the agreement was signed.
