Community includes standard signing, reminders, an audit trail, and downloads of completed documents. Recipients follow a link to sign; they do not need an account.
When your monthly allowance runs out, wait for the reset or choose a paid plan. There is no automatic overage charge. Documents already sent can still be signed.
Apply in three steps.
- Create your account and confirm your email.
- Name your nonprofit workspace, then submit your EIN with a Pub. 78 reference or IRS determination letter in Verification.
- Receive a decision within 5 business days. For a new nonprofit workspace, approval activates Community.
The separate 14-day trial includes five envelopes while you get started. Community requires approval and has the ongoing allowance shown above. Applying never starts a paid subscription.
