Purchased credential credits last 24 months and survive cancellation. Hosted verification is included for ten years from issuance, subject to privacy, revocation, and applicable deletion obligations. Completely unused credential packs qualify for a refund within 30 days. Envelope pack terms are being finalized.

A few practical questions
Can I use eScryber just for electronic signatures?
Yes. Send documents, collect signatures, and keep your signing records without using credentials. Digital badges and certificates are an optional capability; they are not a required step in signing.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The current signing trial includes 5 envelopes for 14 days. Purchasing a subscription is a separate action. See current plan terms for credential trial access.
Can I use my allowance during a busy season?
Under the upcoming offer, annual subscribers receive their year's allowance after successful annual payment. Monthly subscribers retain monthly allowances.
Does signing automatically issue a credential?
No. Your organization determines whether the recipient has met the achievement requirements before issuing the credential. Training and assessment remain your responsibility.
What happens when I need more capacity?
The upcoming prepaid packs add either envelopes or credentials. You choose the purchase; there are no automatic overage charges. Downloads and verification do not consume more credential issuance credits.
